Public Health Observatories exists to support the public health workforce
and others by providing better access to population health data, methods and
expertise. Users must only use the website for lawful purposes, and in a manner

- use the contribute, feedback or discussion facilities to send abusive
messages, or to spread sexist, racist or obscene material;
